Question Swagbucks...wondering?
Doesn't it seem like some of the same people are winning the prizes at Swagstakes? Call me skeptical but I'm wondering if I should even enter them anymore. What do you guys think?

The ones winning the Swagstakes are probably spending more swagbucks to enter.
I don't bother with the swagstakes - I just save my bucks and turn them into Amazon gift cards.

Yeah, the swagstakes aren't for me either. I'd rather get Amazon cards and save for Christmas for the DGK's. Up to $75 so far and only a few bucks away from another one.
There was something on there a couple weeks ago about someone cheating to win. They found out who and how and have fixed the problem.

I don't go for the Swagstakes either. I use all my swagbucks for Amazon codes. Just used some to buy DH a new remote for his TV. That was fun!

ps for missruth - if you don't mind sharing, what does DGK stand for? I'm still trying to learn all the abbreviations. I don't remember this one. Thanks.

I do use some pts. for swagstakes but only if I have some extra.
Sure would be nice to win a swagstake.
The rest of the time I go for the amazon code and occasionally a
Barnes and Noble. Just depends if I am saving for something special
or need something from a bookstore.

I will say that I never got my birthday points.

I would also caution all of you that get codes to please write them down or put
them in your amazaon acct. for safe keeping.

I had over $80.00 of Amazon codes and when SB switched or improved their site
I could no longer access those codes - it shows them as been ordered and verified.
Just can't open the old ones from 18-24 months old . They have told me that they
can't access them either. No sorry just your out of luck. Wish I would have known to transfer them right away to my amazon acct.

I could not figure that out for the life of me, but now that you've said it, I don't know how I could have missed it. Thanks theolotto.

I have won ONCE
I entered in ONCE and have never entered again

so NO I am not winning over and over again, becaue I have never entered again

why you would say that the same people win over and over again ?? do you have screen shots of the winners list ? I think that would be interesting to see and be more fair then a blanket statement

my wins

Oh gosh, that's a real bummer! Sorry you lost all those amazon codes in your SB account.

I've entered a few of the swagstakes... I figure, my chances of winning are pretty slim. I'd rather just redeem my swagbucks for amazon gift certificates instead.

FosJe - DGK does stand for dear grand kids. We have 3 between the ages of 2 and 7 to shop for. I need all the help I can get with Christmas!
theolotto - thanks for answering. I was busy yesterday and didn't get back here.
Just need 17 more SB's to get another Amazon card!

Swagbucks is a search & win website. Once you sign-up as a member, you can do internet searches and win swagbucks points to redeem for various prizes in their swag store. They have lotsa nice prizes to choose from. Music & movie stuff, electronics, video games, gift certificates, etc.

You can also use a referral link in your ols signature to invite new people to join. When your referral friends win any swagbucks... you will receive the same SB points in your account, too.
