I'm doing slimfast
I did this once about 2 or 3 years ago and lost 10 lbs. I bought the cans last night, and I swear when I did it years ago I bought a big case for about $10. I paid $10 for 6 cans last night. I had a shake for lunch and breakfast, and then I will eat a small regular dinner. It feels weird to be drinking a shake for lunch.

Omg. They aren't that pricey here in Florida. Cost went up for sure, but I can get them for 5.99-6.99 at Wal Mart. I like the shakes and when I start to feel hungry, I get up and take a walk. That usually does the trick. Good luck.

i have those when i dont feel like eating anything or i am out and about and dont want to stop for lunch.

your only suppose to have 1. not 2 a day thats not healthy plus they tell you to have just 1. to replace a meal.

if u want to lose 6 pounds in two weeks. do the kelloggs special k cereal diet for 2 weeks.
i did that once and it worked.

Exactly. You have to adjust your regular eating habits or the pounds will come right back. Good luck with the weight loss, just make it something you can maintain.

Losing Weight
Stepped on the scale a week ago and saw I gained 12 pounds over the winter. Couldn't believe it. Determined to lose 35 pounds. I found this site - its free - called my calorie counter .com. It tracks everything you eat with calories and everything else you need to lose weight. I find myself eating many small meals a day, probably every 2 - 3 hours. I lost 7 pounds already this week. I know it will slow down, but the tracking thing really is helping me a great deal. There are blogs and such you can do. Good luck!

QFT! I'd never spend money on lazy weight loss industry products, rather go biking, hiking and hit the pool!

The Equate brand here is only $4.98 but it's been on sale for $3.98 lately.
I drink one for breakfast and lunch.

I agree, as well. If you do lose weight with the shakes, it will come right back when you go back to a regular diet.

Just make permanent healthy changes to your diet so that you can lose and maintain!
