If you won a year supply of hair products...

...would you be disappointed if they only sent you 3 items? That happened to some of us here (some people got 4 items though).

I did contact the sponsor to see if they were shipping something else (even though there was nothing in the box to indicate that). They sent shampoo, conditioner, and oil treatment (one bottle of each). And the shampoo is a 7.5 oz tube (Pantene, which I use, is 12.6 oz for the regular size).

Does that seem like a year supply? Am I over-reacting?

I would be disappointed. I would probably expect 6 of each item at the minimum. I won a years worth of laundry detergent and they sent 6 coupons for free product.

Heck yes I would be disappointed. That is not even close to a years supply.

when I won a year supply of Aussie hair products they sent me 6 of everything, shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, spritzer and hair gel.

It seems rather lacking ... I'd probably email the sponser inquiring of the hygiene habits of their employees if that is what they consider a years worth, lol.

Perhaps they will be sending you 3 items either monthly or every other month?

What a let down. I won a years supply of zest soap and 6 years later I still have 4 bars left.

Several years ago I won a year of haircare and was sent 12 coupons that I could use on any of their products. I agree that isnt even close to a years worth.

That stinks. For people with long, thick hair, that would only be a couple of months worth.

Good point. I know when a bunch of us won the years worth of Macaroni Grill dinners, they sent a gift card every month, instead of sending them all at once. I would ask if that is what they are doing.

That's not even close to the number of products that would last a year. Anyone expecting a year's worth will surely be disappointed if that's all they get.

I did send an email to them asking if I should expect another box. I didn't want to sound rude so I said I was asking because someone mentioned that they received 4 products but I received 3. I'll let you know if I hear anything back from them.
