Can I use Draino, or any pipe cleaner like that in my sink that has a garbage disposal hooked to it? I suppose it would be OK. I just want to make sure. My disposal doen't sound clogged, and seam to be running alright, but my sink keeps filling up while I'm using it, and it takes alittle while for it to dran.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you AsTheNight! I'm hitting myself in the head thinking I could have looked that up myself. I didn't even think of it.
Thank you for doing that. | ||

NO DRANO---chemical hell....
Simply put some baking soda and some vinegar , it will fizz and bubble and clear the drain without putting chemicals in our water supply... If that does not work, get -rent - a snake and snake the drain ....again, safe and good for our water.... Quote:

You can also try filling the sink with hot water and a little dish soap, then unplug it and turn on the disposal as all that water flushes down, it helps clean it out.
