ePrize not awarding prizes???
I've won several prizes and they've never arrived. Emails are ignored. Hmm. A fulfillment company that doesn't fulfill. LOL.

For example. Won a 75 dollar Visa card last June. Sweeps ended October 31, 2008. No card. Emails are ignored. I have the winning email by the way.

Another prize is 9 weeks overdue. I hate to get snotty but...

Are they just super-slow or should I just throw up my hands and accept the fact that the prize is NEVER going to arrive?

anybody else having trouble with ePrize?

I mean...what's the point of sweeping if they don't award the prizes?

I have always received my prizes from ePrize, but they can be slow and uncommunicative. Just keep emailing them every week or so. Or get a phone number and give them a call.

Thumbs up
Just received a $50.00 AX card in the mail yesterday from ePrize. They are one of my favorite judging agents. Yes at times they are slow do not answer their e-mails promptly and have faults but all in all I like them.

I personally have won LOTS from ePrize sweeps and never had an issue. Also remember that it isn't always ePrize as the sponser is generally the one who sends out the prize not ePrize. They are the ones who run it.

So maybe email the sponser instead. I have had some prizes come very fast and some have taken up to a year to get ! Super annoying

Wow
a year. geez Louise.

thanks. Now I understand. So ePrize doesn't actually have the physical prize in some warehouse on their property. You know, I never really thought about the process of winning and delivery of the prize. The steps in between I mean.

Most of my wins have come from Eprize and I have always received them. Generally 6-8 weeks after the sweep ends.

It's been 8 weeks since eprize notified me I was a winner. I hope I don't have to wait too much longer!

I hope you get your prize soon!

A friend who won the card, never did get hers.

I also have never received the Colgate coupon I won. I don't think anyone has.

I didnt get the colgate sample either. I usually get the prizes I win when eprize is the fullfillment,,but it takes a long time,,past the date promised most of the time. And only sometimes will they answer emails. I cant figure out why sponsers still use eprize,,unless they are the cheapest fullfillment co that run sweeps,,in which case I understand. Plus I suppose slow is better than never when getting a prize.

success is getting what you want----happiness is wanting what you get

Hope you get your prizes soon. I never had a problem with eprize. I am relieved when I win something and they are the JA. I know what to expect...

I sent them
a couple of emails last Friday. No response. Not even their automated "we'll get back to you" boilerplate email. I sent emails this morning. No response. It looks like I'm going to have to go to the mat on this one. Actually two prizes. BTW, this is not the first time I've been stiffed by ePrize.

I'm going to contact the sponsors. Like I said. One of the prizes is a 75 dollar GC. But the other is a BIG prize. That's the one that's wayyyyyyyyyyy overdue. Nine weeks overdue. That's past the point of the 8-10 week window.

I don't know how to twitter.

I know this has been hashed to death. At least it will stay in search next time. I don't even bother with nice for them anymore. I wait a fair amount of time beyond when their own rules say prize will come then I start sending obnoxious, flippant mails and also tell them I am going to the sponsor. I went to the sponsor once, got the prize within a week. Next two wins, I just sent the rude mails and got the prizes soon after.
I know it sounds terrible but they are not being fair by not responding to even polite inquiries. So, I give it back. Like I said too, when I see eprize as a sponsor with a big company, I drop notes to them and tell them eprize has been messing up and keep in mind that other fulfillment agencies would love their business. I just got tired of their rudeness.I have still won from them after but I don't play with them anymore. It's too sad to win and hope.

The weight of OLS
must have shaken something loose. I got an email from the sponsor saying they are sending out the air miles ASAP. No word on the GC. But no big deal with that.

But...here's the weird thing. Since Tuesday I've been deluged with prizes. Two gift baskets, an LG Lotus Cell Phone, a digital frame, a scarf, a Sansa MP3 player, two books, and a 50 dollar AMEX GC. On top of that I've hit 9 (yes 9) instants in the past three days.

Unbelievable.

You all must have sent some serious fairy dust my way. That and good vibes. WOW.
