I need to know the name of the book that Carrie was reading that had all the Love Letters/Poems.

I don't think they showed it..

I am not sure if this is what your are looking for, but the Poem that Carrie recited to Big is from a set of letters that Beethoven wrote to his immortal beloved.

It's not a real book.

In the just-released film, Carrie Bradshaw reads to her sweetheart, Big, from a book apparently entitled Love Letters of Great Men – this book does not exist even though the love letters contained within go on to play a prominent role within the movie’s plot.
