Man admits using Taser on wife’s grandmother in dispute over infant

A man who said he used a stun gun on his wife’s 79-year-old grandmother was arrested for investigation of domestic assault.

Wow. With all the deaths attributed to the Taser, I am surprised he didn't kill her.

I'm not sure about "all the deaths", I think statistically the deaths have been low. It's the sensationalism of the deaths that seem to hit the media. Just as airline tragedies. People die in greater numbers in automobiles each year, but because of the # in an airplane it makes news.

When you're dealing w/ someone who's been on a three day crack high (or any other high) they don't feel pain and tasers have been found to be virtually the only thing that will temporarily stun them enough to cuff them. But I digress........

THIS man needs to be tasered a couple of times just so he can feel what it was he subjected this older woman to. He also needs to have the book thrown at him in terms of domestic violence, and the wife advised that he can no longer domesticate w/ the family. If he'd do that to the grandmother, what would he do to a cranky 2 year old?
