2 Questions for Walgreens Shoppers

I know there are many OLSers who shop at Walgreens--can you tell me--if you use a Walgreens coupon from the flyer (for ex: buy one Snapple reg price, get one free)--can you still use a manufacturer's coupon for that item?

Also, I just noticed in the sale paper that Walgreens sells contacts. Would like to hear if anyone has bought from them and how service and prices compare to 1-800-contacts.

As long as the Walgreens coupon doesn't say manufacturers coupon on it, you should be able to use both.

I'm a Walgreens junkie. Yes, you can definitely use manufacturers' coupons along with the Walgreens store coupons.

You can use both a Walgreens coupon and a Manufacturer's coupon on any item. Now if both of the coupons are Buy 1, Get 1 Free coupons your Walgreens may not let you use them both. It will depend on how coupon friendly your store and cashier are. My Walgreens cashiers are super coupon friendly and do all the deals themselves. Hopefully your store is also.

Same here, I can use both coupons at my Walgreen's.

As a matter of fact when I was there yesterday the cashier tried telling me I couldn't and the manager overheard and came running over to correct her. Walgreen's is the one place I have never had any kind of hassle over coupons.
