How to wear a tunic?

I'm embarrassed to ask, but how does one wear a tunic? Do you wear it over a cami?

You don't have to, but layering is uber cool right now (actually, when has it ever not been cool...hmm). You could wear it with skinny jeans and belt it. If you're really daring (I'm not quite there yet) you could wear it with leggings.

Thanks. I wouldn't wear it with leggings - I'm not that bold! I think I might wear it with a white cami underneath. There is a supercute black and white daisy tunic on forever21 that I really want.

I've read they are flattering for all body types.

I've been living in tunics lately. They're a nice change from the shorter tops that have been in style for so long now! I like to wear mine with skinny jeans and boots. I also haven't been bold enough to wear them with leggings yet, even though I bought a pair. I do like them with pencil skirts also.

I've been really into tunics lately too, I love to layer tops I think it's such a cute look. Sometimes I will wear a belt with one, or if I'm feeling particularly brave and the tunic is on the long side I'll wear it alone with a cute pair of boots. I have a white sweater tunic that I love to wear with a pair of dark grey cable knit tights and brown knee high boots.

Maybe Pharoah knows...
