Care To Share Your Gene Pool?
Not everyone may want to participate here, if they in ANY way fear some "race" war.

So just to get this out of the way, please remember that we are all Africans genetically (documented in Scientific journals you can find today). Genetic markers have PROVEN that EVERY human being on the planet today's OLDEST parents came from Africa. A lot of our grandparents left lush Africa for one reason or another and ended up bleaching out in other places.

So Jambo, y'all! & far from attempting to imagine we can judge the merits between any two races, I thought it might be fun to compare the many wide places of the world each one of us have "more recent" ancestors from --- proving again how much we all are really cousins of each other.

I'm 100% Teutonic (North European): 25% Norwegian, 25% German, 25% English and 25% Dutch. Direct decendant of Sailors and Invaders, lol (No wonder I'm so outspoken -- SUBTLE, we are NOT -- man, some heavy drinkers there too *hic*)

(I am SO glad finals are finally over, between them and the war I've been feeling like Dr. Jeckyll AND Mr. Hyde lately!)

Thumbs up
I find this post to be interesting because I am working on my genealogy. Going back a few generations (even my great-great-great maternal grandmother was born in this country. So I'd have to go way back....
Anyway, most of my ancestors come from Germany and Ireland, and I was told Wales (but still trying to find that one), one person from Croatia and even an American Indian (still trying to find the tribe).
What prompted you to post this? Are you also interested in genealogy? It's a very interesting hobby but is also time consuming and costly.

p.s. Love the picture of your Queen. And I hope this post receives alot of replies.....

I am 1/2 German, (grandparents came over on the boat to the USA from the old country), 1/4 Swedish, and 1/4 English.

And 100% American.

And grateful to every one of my ancestors that enabled me to be born here.

I just love reading your posts - you certainly come up with some very interesting subjects. I've been lazy and just answer them instead of posting some. Thanks for your creativity!!

I'm a true Rajun Cajun. My ancestors were booted out of France and finally settled in Louisiana. I'm also 100% American.
