I am starting my own home business and right now I want to try out a website to see if it is worth buying since I don't have a current customer base. I have catalogs, but that's it. I found where I can have a site for little to nothing to try out that really works, my sister used them and then went to a paid site through them. Anyway, I would like your opinion on if you would buy from a website that is a little longer then the normal website.
Example:
www.yourstore.something.com
vs.
www.yourstore.com

The www.yourstore.com url looks more professional.
Personally, I don't buy from amateurish-looking Web sites. I just don't trust them. That includes sites full of typos & poor grammar, links that don't work, graphics that don't show up, no information about who owns the site and no snail mail contact information (i.e., a bricks & mortar address). | ||
