vonage

anyone have experience with their small business basic plan? Good or bad.

I have their basic home plan and love it. I haven't had any problem with the service and I can call my sister in Idaho (I'm in IL) and talk for 2-3 hours if I want and am charged just like I called my next door neighbor).

I have had Vonage in the past with no problems, however lately my service is not doing so good. I have had people tell me that they get a Verizon recording when they call me, I for some odd reason (even vonage cant figure out) couldnt call my office at work...it woudl direct me to some voicemail that never exsisted in the office, and today my service has been dropping all day and I can hear people on the other line but they cant hear me. I am going to change my number to see if that helps any but if it doesnt I will have to cancle. That saddens me because I did love Vonage at first however my husband is in Iraq and I cant have any problems if he tries to call, I just wont stand for that!!

What about using Vonage from overseas?

I know someone once mentioned it in passing, but with relatives abroad it would be nice.
