seeking style i can afford
i am so tired of looking at $200 shorts on line. i want them but it is just out of the question to pay that much. i live in maine, where we have nothing, so really i need to shop online. i always look at shopbop.com, couturecandy.com, and i drool but cannot afford. i want the designer look for less. anyone have any hints for on-line deals? besides the gap and old navy?

I used to find the styles I wanted in the magazines then hit the thrift stores to copy them. Since you need to order online, what about looking at ebay? If you have some ideas in mind it might not be too bad finding the looks on there. You may even get lucky and find a lot that includes several styles that you want.

I LOVE www.fashionbug.com They have really cool fun clothes, and often run specials like Buy 1 get 1 for $1, and often have coupons.....

I love writing about Trees & Shrubs. Come learn gardening tips and more! I also write Horticulture Madness, my personal garden blog.

Try DiscountStore.com (Brent's site, I'm just holding down the fort till he gets to it! LOL)

Chadwicks, they are always having sales, plus there are discount codes.
Newport News, a lot of nice things at reasonable prices.
Kohls always having sales, and there is a 10% off code.
Macy's is having a memorial day sale.
Aeropostale having a sale, plus a code.
Catherines, sale and code.
SmartBargains, has just about everything.
Fashion Bug, always having sales, codes too.
Those are just a few on there to check out!

Kohls.com. Kohl's is my favorite store and the only department store that I have a credit card for. I buy almost all my clothes and shoes there, not to mention towels, tableclothes, bedding, etc. and they're very affordable.

this may be just sick, but I've been having a thing for Victoria secret clothing recently, you can get things on clearence or sale. I do normally end up out about $75-$100 and with a couple items but the quility is really nice and I love the styles.

You might try Sierra Trading Post. While they are oriented towards outdoors clothing and gear, they also carry many other types of clothing; perhaps you can find some things there.
