Robo -> Lower Toolbar

Hi. I just installed Firefox for the first time. Previously I used netscape, and my robo toolbar was always on the bottom of the browser. I can't figure out how to get the lower toolbar in Firefox or IE. I am so used to having it at the bottom, it is annoying now that it is on the top? Can anyone help me?
