DSL Help
Friday I started DSL service with Qwest. Up until Saturday I had phone service. Now, all I have is internet. All the little wall diffusers are set up with the phones so it's not that. If I take the diffuser things out of the wall and plug the phone directly in I get static, if I use the diffuser to plug the phone in I get nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas? I need my phone!

Thank you

If Qwest set this up shouldn't they help? They have an online help chat too now...

I tried getting in there It won't recognize my phone number or account, it's nuts and they won't help me without it.

Actual human contact at their 800 number may be needed, just use the info off your bill. I have always had good luck with their customer service...

Cell Phone, Work, Neighbor's phone of course

Definitely call.. we just got hooked up last Tuesday and all is well. We didn't even need the filters for the phone because the tech filtered them on the other end. Sounds like to me that they didn't set up something correctly. What happens when you call your number? A fast busy would for sure indicate a problem with the line.

It just started working again. My husband, I'm going to assume, called the tech who installed it. I hope it doesn't go out again. I need my phone.

Thanks for the help
