A good friend will come and bail you out of jail...but, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, "Darn...that was fun!"

Yes the rides are still open, although a few might be closed for maintenance. We went to fright fest last year and are going again this Oct. My 2 are 5 & 9 and nothing in my opinion is too scary for that age. We go to Six Flags over GA and they have the whole park "spook-a-fied". Lots of great decorations and haunted houses. (the haunted houses do cost extra) The best part I think is they had people dressed up, called bodybaggers. You get a ticket at the beginning of the day to wear around your neck, like dog tags. The object of the game is to avoid getting this ticket taken away by the bodybaggers. Sorta like cat and mouse. We had to hide behind bushes many times to avoid being seen. Everyone including my husband had a great time. If you still have the ticket at the end of the night you turn it in to a raffle for prizes, I think they had like free season passes. You'll have to check with your park to see what all they do there for Fright Fest but overall we had a blast and can't wait for our trip. Have Fun!!
