Yel Network
I received an email from Yel Network today saying I won a prize. When I went and submitted my information, I got the message that I was to late to claim it as only 3 were available. Very scammy.

I got the same email, but it seemed fishy. The only Yel Network sweep I see ended in January...which is months before I started sweeping again. So no way I entered anything for them. I didn't submit their form, but I'm assuming I'd get the same response.

Sad to see scams like this popping up.

I got this email this morning and wondered whether it was legit. Although I clicked on the claim prize on the email, I decided it was probably spam and didn't go any further.

Thanks for posting, it helped me know this wasn't a real win!

I had done a Yel sweeps and they emailed about a winner every week and it still didn't smell right. TY for the heads up.

Yes, I got the same email.

The poor English was a tip off to me:

"You get selected!"

and

"So you win our Gift Card?"

I just deleted it

The company is from Finland. Many legit sites are using poor English because they are overseas.

I also got the email... all they asked for was name, email, and address - info you fill out on many sweeps forms to enter.

They are not the only place doing this .. I remember it happening earlier on other sweeps. I wouldn't mind so much if they had it in their rules... like those be the first to click when we post ones.

I don't care for those type of sweeps.

That email showed up in my spam folder yesterday. After reading the comments here, I decided not to fill out the form and "collect my prize".

I received an email this morning...a bit different
I received the same winner email this morning but with a difference. I had entered a Yel sweep for an Amazon card last week. It said it would be going on until end of Sep.

I got the first email, then 2 hours later received another saying they were sorry and the form issue had been fixed. I figured as long as they are not asking for sensitive info there's no harm. Well, I sent the info, then received a response that I would receive the gift card within two weeks.

The sweepstakes rules state you have to respond to a winner notification within 7 days. Maybe that is the issue. They also said that the issue with the form had been fixed. So maybe that is the problem you were having? I'd try it again if its within 7 days.

I received two emails this morning, an hour apart.

I accepted each one with name and email, and each one said they would send me my prize within 2 weeks.

So, I guess I just wait and see what happens.

I was also told I would receive a gift card in two weeks. Hopefully those of us who got that message are in the first three. I know I replied almost immediately after the email was sent.

If I receive a prize I will share it on here as I posted in the other thread. I agree that if the first 3 thing is the issue that should be in the rules. If it was though it wouldnt be all that different that those Quickly draws or the recent Takis contest. I also won a box of Snickers brownie bars by being one of the first to respond to an email.

Time will tell.

I got the follow up email last night, to again congratulate me for winning and to say they were sorry for the last email in which the form didn't work.
