I agree with this. Four months ago I started a lifestyle change. I started off slowly so I could do it properly and stick with it. I weighed in today and have lost 30 pounds. 4" off my chest. 3" off my waist. 4" off my hips and 3" off my thighs.

I personally don't ahve anything against cleanses, and having been on a lot of pain killers as of late, am thinking of partaking on one, in the future (once I have no need for the painkillers anymore, after seeing my orthodontist the beginning of July, and seeing what procedures I have to done. But having said that would never, ever do one without a Dr.'s supervision (or at least their approval, and reccomendations), and never ever would I put my kids on one (unless directed to by their Dr.).
