I can't tell you how good I feel.
Congrats. I did the same. 24/25 pounds gone. I don't know about inches but I went from a size 9 to a 2/4. went from 36 C breast size to a large A , small B. I generaly now just wear sports bras (when i need one, I cnan go braless most days without anyone noticing lol). None of the bras I own fit me anymore, and I still need to be properly fitted again.

I personally don't ahve anything against cleanses, and having been on a lot of pain killers as of late, am thinking of partaking on one, in the future (once I have no need for the painkillers anymore, after seeing my orthodontist the beginning of July, and seeing what procedures I have to done. But having said that would never, ever do one without a Dr.'s supervision (or at least their approval, and reccomendations), and never ever would I put my kids on one (unless directed to by their Dr.).

I have a cat with ibd. Yes, it is as gross as you would imagine. She has, on occasion, passed a huge glob of what appeared to be worms. A mass of long, white, skinny strings that don't break apart easily when handled with a paper towel. I would have put money down that they were worms. Took the whole gross glob to the vet's to get tested: All parasite tests were negative. The long things? Pieces of mucus and intestinal lining. Not uncommon in cases of severe diarrhea.

What you think you see coming out of you is not proof that you were infected with parasites.
thanks..

you can do what my mother did to us as children in Florida. Worms were rampant there. She would , honest to God, deworm us. I am pretty sure she used pet medicine which you can get over the counter. I just gave some to my dogs because one of them goes to the dog park frequently.

My vet told me cats get parasites from killing and chomping on rodents.

Castor oil and milk, turpentine and sugar also milk of magnesia was my grandmothers daily regimine for us.. All the things they say are good to cleanse for parasites.. Didn't know it then..

I actually started my cleanse by drinking buttermilk, coconut water and olive oil and eating raw pumkin seeds , fresh pineapples , and adding ground flaxseed to my food when I started, alternating items on different days.
Once I started passing worms with black heads ... I bought the herbal cleanse , but I now incorporated all the natural things into my every day diet..

I have a girlfriend who owns a wellness spa ,she and her sisters are from Trinidad and they said the same thing
Their grandparents were big on de-worming.. They would eat and juice fresh pineapples and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. They would have fresh coconuts sprinkled with a little cinnamon for a snack.. Herbal teas steeped with lots of ginger and garlic . There are lots of natural things that are great..
I chose to hit my system both ways.

Update for those who asked..
Just got home from my gastro
His only recommendation to me was to take a pro-biotic along with any cleanse.
Cleansing strips your body of good bacteria as well as bad
He gave me some samples of Align to take 1 aday to build up the good bacteria the body
requires .. Also a fiber supplement and said drinks lots of water, no sodas, especially dark s
He asked how I am feeling since starting the cleanse and why I felt I needed one
and said if I don't have any problems after the last leg of my cleanse ..He'll see me when its time for my first colonoscopy in a few years..
If I still see what I beleive are worms passing after I finish my cleanse then we'll do a a few stool, serum , and blood workups Then he can prescribe a course of treatment
In other words I'm good..

I am shocked that a real doctor would go along with this. The doctor that my wife and I see told her not to pour her money down the toilet by doing a cleanse that at best has no medical value and at worst could cause real harm.

again I am not a slave to doctors.. I go according to what my body is telling me..
3 years ago I felt something was wrong with my thyroid and tests
assured me all was fine, but because I listened to my own body.. I was persistant and eventually not only was something wrong with my thyroid, they found two cysts that turned out to be cancerous and I had a total thyroid removal and am now on lifetime thyroid meds. But I don't understand what your doctor has to do with me..? My doctor knows I will research no matter what he says.. I have had the same family doctor for 25 years and the same team of gastro for over 15 and even though they are familiar with my history I understand doctors are fallable and not God and don't wake up in my body everyday.
The only thing my doctors can do is answer whatever questions I have because I have taken my health in my own hands.. I am confident if I don't know me and my body no one else does
I don't care what kind of degree they have..
But if thats what your doctor told you thats all well and good.. you and your wife should listen to him but one size never fits all,
I personally don't think I am throwing my money down the drain because I feel better than I felt in years..
But this is my journey - I am not recommending this for any one else just my personal story but thanks..

Thank you for all your information. I for one, think there is a lot more to accupunture , acupressure and all sorts of alternative medicines. Doctors are fallable-----I still remember learning in nursing school that peptic ulcers were caused by being a type A personality! They are caused by a bacteria and what about anorexia, OCD etc? They even think OCD is caused by a post strep infection today. They use to say autism was caused by an overprotective mom and even now say that anorexia is caused by being a perfectionist. We will learn otherwise in the future. Even the name stress ulcers is erroneous. It is such BS. We dried out bed sores (decubiti ) 30 years ago and now they say that it is the worse treatment for them. We actually put heat lamps on bed sores. Medicine changes.

Acupuncture and reflexology are two alternative treatments that get no recognition. My mom and I both have a reflexologist.. She sarted going to ease pain and help her digestive system while she was going through chemo.. Deep tissue massages also does wonders. I had one a few weeks ago at a spa in Tampa, it must have unblocked something because 5 minutes right after lets just say the bathroom in my suite was occupied ..There is so much we don't know , so much people will be quick to say is bs cause it hasn't happened to them and so much we have gotten away from . When I was young I can't remember ever settting foot in a doctors office unless it was a life and death situation(tonsils removed) Other than that both my grandmothers were from the south and huge herbalists we would call them today.. Everything came straight from the garden. We drank teas and tonics. They made pastes and salves from seeds and roots.. Home remedies that worked. Today its pop a pill and get trillions of side effects even death.
My grandmother even used cobwebs like disposable stitches(true story) .
My Pastor has a quote.. Our people die from a lack of knowledge! And its so true.
Other cultures embrace alternative cures and treatments .. Its sad that our society lives and financially prospers on death

That's fantastic news!!! I also forgot to add that I am trying my best tI make everything from scratch now. I make my own ketchup, mustard and even yogurt and soy sauce! I am getting my own Cabelas dehydrator so I can even make my own crackers. This is a serious lifestyle change but it's so worth it

I could seriously do that - if I didn't have a such a rebellious family. The biggest culprit - My DH. Is that the way you get crackers crunchy and are the crackers gluten-free? (Curious minds want to know )

I did make homemade ketchup once and I liked it, but it was too different for my family. I need a new healthier family.

I'm not sure about the crackers but I heard that they can be made in it. I eat 3 crackers a day with my fresh vegetable snack so it's just helps me justify getting one that costs 350.00. I'm getting it for free though by cashing in my credit card points.

My DH is an idiot about my lifestyle change too but that's his problem. He's huge and I can barely touch my fingers when I try to hug him. I said to him ONE time that he either has to make healthier choices or get even more life insurance on himself for me, guess what he chose? The life insurance.

He also told me that he will never make anything I can eat but he will eat anything I make.

I hope he knows and realizes he has sealed our divorce as soon as our home is paid off. I have 4 more years of sharing my life with him then I'm outta here but I refuse to ruin either of our credit with a divorce. He was such a wonderful man 16 years ago but he has not grown at all in these 16 years. Oh well, life goes on.
