I went to renew my premium subscription (for which I did not receive any notice - just started seeing ads this morning) and when I went to pay through Paypal, the message came up "The recipient (OLS) is currently unable to receive money.
What gives?

Something "legal" may not be moral or ethical. Yes, I am entitled to my opinion, even if it differs from yours.
