I still smile every day I wake up because I know that my mom will be here on Earth for another 1000000 years. Okay, exaggerating there a bit, but close enough!

I SHOULD BE mad as hell today, but I'm not. Don't feed into the insanity of others - smile and laugh.

Because it has been a Beautiful,Fun,Fabulous Day....And I've just finished making a Boston Cream Pie Cheesecake for tomorrow nights dessert.(Minus the lit candle!!!)

Because the young lady who was driving and killed my daughter's friend took a plea bargain and there won't be an emotionally draining trial to deal with.

I have a boring normal warehouse job, but I love it. The people are great, and the place is laid back. I'm so lucky I found this place

I'll be baking Loaves of Challah today....This evening begins the Delight of Shabbat.

I was looking for a "today I'm thankful that..." thread but didn't find one, so will use this one, instead.

Today I'm thankful that my blood pressure has dropped from a "you'll stroke out any second" high to normal (albeit with medication, but still, it's normal);

and the tissue that was biopsied at the hospital is benign.

Thank you, G-d!

I'm still not out of the woods, but things are looking better than they did 10 days ago!
