Happy New Year all. Again, thank you for the wonderful warm welcome back!!

Okay so I accomplished all but 1 item on my New Year's Day to do list. We never made it to church today LOL!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend. I will be sending out my first required "correspondence" next weekend.

I'm so glad to be back in the SMF family. Thank you for allowing me to return "home".

Looking for a fun gift? Several New styles and products added! http://www.zazzle.com/tinamarina71

Happy New Year to everyone! I slept in this morning, got up at 9, we got home around 1 a.m. this morning, WAY late for us!

My Mom and I went to see 'New Year's Eve' this afternoon and enjoyed it, light and fluffy fun movie! D'Andra, I had a free diet Coke with one of the coupons you sent! They wouldn't let us use the free passes for the movie (I guess it's too new?), so I'll save those for another time. There are still a couple more movies I want to see.

It's back to work and reality for us tomorrow, neither Jim or I are looking forward to going back after a week of being bums, LOL!

You were so lucky to have slept in . I was up at 4am to go to work after 4 hours sleep as worked 12 hours the day before. Glad you could enjoy the relaxation.

Dawn - Dang, I'm sorry you couldn't use the tickets. Yes, the Silver tickets say they may not be accepted for the first week or two of a movie. I hope you can find another movie to go see.

I got very ambitious this year and pulled all my Holiday decorations down from the attic and sorted them. I made three piles. Trash, donate and keep. I got my Christmas stuff down to 3 big tubs! Keith got the tree down and we are all packed up and cleaned up! A Christmas miracle for us!!

All my good intentions of getting up early this morning were for naught. Well... I did get up around 8 but layed back down!

Kids and I have one more day off. I have been getting caught up on washing clothes and I'm looking forward to hanging around the house and getting back into normal mode. We've done nothing but hang out with people, go out to eat, snack.... ughhh.. I swear I've gained 10 lbs.

Hope everyone is having a Great Monday!

We were surprised, we figured the movie had been out for a while! Believe me, I'll use them, I really want to see 'Warhorse' as well!

It's been a busy day at work, first day back after a week off. Tomorrow will really be crazy, as everyone else will be back at work.

Go you!! Okay, now I just need you to come to my house and do the same! Thanks in advance!!

It's not about worrying about what's down the road, or where you will end up, it's about enjoying where you are right now.

2012 already!!! Is it wrong to say pretty soon we'll be looking back and saying it's almost 2013?! It seems like every year that goes by it goes faster and faster!

Jennifer - Shhhhh..... Don't even say that!

Quiet evening here. Kiddos just scampered across the street to play and Keith is building a small fire. It isn't really that cold, but we figured it would be nice. Kiddos and I have one more day off. Keith goes back tomorrow and OMGosh... he is not happy about it.

Kiddos are going to hang with me as I go around town taking care of some errands - NOT their favorite thing!! But I promised them Olive Garden for lunch (got one more GC!).

Rich is back to work...he had to be peeled out of his Charlie Brown t-shirts that Leigh sent him, and stuffed into big boy clothes. He also had to shave and pack a good lunch instead of cookies andf oranges. I think he is having Christmas Vacation withdrawal symptoms.

It is freezing in here and I gotta start using my computer for lesson plans and grant proposals...*sigh* How many days until summer vacation?

Drove straight home from OK today. I'm very tired and looking forward to sleeping in MY BED!!! Got my sister hooked on entering sweeps while I was there!

Hope everyone enjoyed their new year!

HI everyone, well it's back to work..Been at Gayle's Old House all day...Rich still working, but almost done with plumbing..have all the floors back in except for the sections in the bathrooms where he still has plumbing to do...

It was freezing and blowing snow so hard on the drive here, it was a white out and the snow was falling horizontally...heard on the news there was a 32 car pile up on I-75 about 10 miles from here..happened about 1.5 hours after we got here...fortuntaly noone was hurt, but had the e-way closed for 7 hrs...

Supposed to be the coldest night of the year(lol..get it?), going down to 12 degrees...It's going to be nippy sleeping out in our van tonight.. hope this isn't me in the am(turning blue that is)

Jennifer the pic of the kids is great!..was that taken at midnight? ? and they are in shorts!! OMG, I'm sitting here in front of two heaters and have on two sweatshirts

Tara, glad you made it home safely and had a wonderful trip..can't wait to get the lowdown!

D'andra, after you get Jennifers' decorations down, could you please come take mine down?, pretty please... I dread the thought of having to takle that project when I get back home on friday...

LOL, Vickie...big boy clothes...is that anything like big girl panties?

i'm going thru the christmas vacation food withdrawals myself...haven't had a cookie all day and right now I'm longing for an oatmeal scottchie, or shortbread or one of those wonderfully delicous cocconut chocolate pinwheels and than if I had a cup of hot chocolate laced with bourbon I'd be in 7th heaven
