saving to MySweeps not working

Here is a thread from a couple of months ago regarding the same issue. Look at the last post (by Nicole) for some suggestions and some links that might help.

did you down load any thing. About a month ago I downloaded Ask.com toolbar and it messed up alot of things like Google calender, i have no idea what one has to do with the other. But down loading and updating is a crap shoot.

Didn't download anything. Did all the things they said to do to make it work. Even just clicked on the red to check it to green & added the day. Went to the next page & did some more, STill doesn't work. Never did this before Tues the 13th. Can't even send them a contact message. When you hit submit, it tells you there's an error. arrrrggggg.

I even restored my computer to the last time it worked for me - Dec 13th. That's also when many others started having trouble with this site. I have done every single thing they suggested to fix it, and nothing works. Not even hitting control F5 on every page. I don't have any trouble on any other site - ever. Only this one, and it's been since Tues. Please advise.

Well I am green and my sweeps are not being saved so I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it. Any input would be appreciated

Update - I logged out again and than closed OLS page opened in a new window and signed in again and now I am able to save. I guess in the future I will not stay logged in maybe that is the problem

And some sweeps that I know I clicked "add" did not show today that I added. I am going to try going back to the previous page and then to the page I saved to see if they show that they were added. Of course, I won't know if they saved overnight until the next day. It's particularly frustrating with entering the weekly sweeps when they don't save.

Now it's not working again either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was fine on Wed & I looked back just now & it must've not worked on Thurs nor today. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or tell us what to do when it doesn't work. aaaarrrrrrggggggg

Just checked some sweeps I entered and SAVED yesterday. It saved some but not others (Wendy's and Hershey's are two I am sure I entered and saved). I double checked and JavaScript is enabled and all cookies are accepted. I put Online-sweepstakes in my "trusted" sites years ago and it is still there. Wish they would get this problem fixed permanently.

Can someone please fix, or let us know if someone even read this.

I sent a message through contact, and then private messaged Brent......so hopefully soon. Maybe if we flood them with messages

I tried to let Brent know via filling out the "contact" form but when I clicked to sent it, I got a page outside on OLS with an error.
