11 year old deals heroin!

SOUTH MIAMI, Fla. -- Florida police said they "were in utter shock" to learn a suspected drug dealer is only 11 years old.

The girl is known by her neighbors as withdrawn and sad, but still just an average 11-year-old. But police say she is anything but ordinary.

Police say the girl sold heroin on South Miami streets dressed in her school uniform or even her pajamas.


Police arrested the girl's mother, Alison Lolanda Davis, during a raid Friday. A 60-year-old man who may be Davis' husband is named as a co-defendant and remains at large. The raid netted an assortment of drugs, money and drug paraphernalia.


Police say the pair made the girl sell $10 and $20 batches of heroin to drivers and pedestrians.


A Drug Enforcement Agency spokesman said kids are sometimes used as decoys, or couriers -- or even as sellers -- for someone else.

The mother is due to be arraigned later this month on multiple drug possession and trafficking charges.

Officials haven't decided whether to charge the girl. She and her 7-year-old sister are in custody of the Department of Children and Families.

Officials say it's unlikely she'll be prosecuted.

A judge is also trying to decide who will have custody of the girls. A DCF lawyer says the girl's father, Dennis Williams, has asked for custody of both girls. A judge ordered DCF to evaluate whether he is prepared for that responsibility.

Hoping she is not reunited with mother.

The mother just couldn't grow up so she is punishing her children.......Just makes me sick. How on earth can someone give birth and then use their child in such a way!!! :mad2:
