How long before you win?
So how long did it take most of you guys before you snagged your first win?

I won the very first time I played an instant win game that I had seen mentioned in a magazine. From that moment on I was hooked.

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

Two weeks for a DVD ~ paid for premium membership then and within 4 months won $5000. If you stick with this I recommend you get a premium membership...it pays for itself every year.

I don't recall, but it was definitely more than a week, and was a small win on an instant.

Total win count for 2014: 26
Previous Years - 2013 : 79, 2012 : 142, 2011 : 205

Online entry -- took me about 3 months.

I did phone-ins prior to 2001. Would win with those codes on packages of cookies all the time.

Depends on what you consider a "win". A coupon for a free product or something under $50 might happen quickly, especially with the blogs and instants or Facebook. But bigger prizes like trips, big money, cars, ect take longer.
I was entering local sweeps before I found this website 8 years ago. I average about one trip (meaning transportation/accomodations/spending money/meals) a year.
I win about 3-4 smaller prizes a month. A few large prizes (over $600) a year. I sweep for about 30 minutes a day. Mainly for trips. I like one time only entries and Facebook entries.
Enter for what you really want to win, enter often, and something great will show up in an email or mail soon!

When I first starting online sweeping, it took me a month to win a prize. It was a small prize, a bag of coffee from a weekly sweep.

I won a $250 GC to Sports Authority or something like that about 3 weeks after I started. Again, though, there WERE more/better sweeps back then.

I started slow. It was 3 months before I won some makeup from an instant win. I didn't win anything good sized until 6 months after I started but that was a MacBook Pro and well worth the wait.

There is no rhyme or reason to the timing of wins. And, remember, sometimes, you will not find out about a win until 6 months after the sweeps ends. So, you just gotta keep on sweeping and the wins will come. Postive thinking and being persistent is the key.
