Wi-Fi? Not sure what you're asking. What is Wi-Fi?

Location: I am an OLS Citizen from Norwalk, California where there are lots of nuts.
She is asking if there is a radio signal type device that allows people with laptops to connect to the internet without a telephone line.

I am checking that right now on both hotels.
I will let you know when I get an answer but I did not find anything to say they do have it.

Question about the raffles.
Last year we stood in line like for ever.
This year I was reading that we had to hand in preprinted pieces of paper for the raffles except money and lottery tickets. Can you give me a step by step list of instructions on how the raffle turn in will work? Can we use colored paper? What about cardstock? You know the old argument over the words "paper" and "card".
Hugs

The Holiday Inn will has high spped access now and should have wireless available at convention time.

Now for the raffles:

(I think this is very clear and to the point on the website)

Step 1. Bring five (5) of the same kind of stamps or postcards or envelopes. Five (5) identical items equals one entry.

Step 2. For each entry, write your name, city, and state on a 3x5 paper (no cards please) I don't care what color the paper is. If you have ten (10) identical items, you fill out two (2) 3x5 papers with your name, city, and state.

Thanks Joe for the clarification on the raffles. It is rather clear but I did not want to show up with lots of yellow paper only to find out that white was the proper color.

You are a great guy and thanks for doing a wonderful job.

At past conventions, most people dressed up for the banquet. Some people wore their formals. I would suggest to wear something comfortable because after we eat and get the prize drawings out of the way, we are going to CELEBRATE our 16th birthday/anniversary!

If I use purple paper does that mean I might influence the raffle in my favor?
Are we allowed to crimp the paper?
Can we decorate the paper?
Is wadding, rolling and folding or the paper allowed?

You will notice that I took notes at the last convention.

Do you prefer grape, lilac or any shade of purple?

Would you like Binski to wear a purple dress?

I will probably be reading the names and not doing the drawing...sorry.

Wadding, rolling, folding, or crimping the paper is allowed.

I don't like Grape, I like lilac and the lighter shades of purple.

If Binski likes purple and wants to wear a purple dress...Go for it!

What's the deal with these lines? And, why would we have to wait forever?
