I'm glad that you know what you're doing when it comes to mushroom gathering!

I celebrated National Pasta Day a day early. I had a giant helping of angel hair pasta and marinara sauce last night. Maybe I can sneak some more pasta into my diet today.

I had considered cooking some spaghetti but it'd take me several days to eat the leftovers so opted instead to buy fresh pasta salad at a local deli.
I don't consume prunes very often but had some juice for breakfast which I am sure is equivalent to the four prunes suggested for today's festivities. I wonder if there is such a thing as prune wine?

I don't know if you can find it ready made, but you can make prune wine yourself.
