DNS issues with Chrome
As of today, June 19, 2018, I am still unable to get OLS in Chrome. I finally got service back in Safari, but why am I still getting the "OOPS, DNS has expired" every time I try to access OLS in Chrome? I've tried erasing history, cookies, logging out of Chrome and then signing back in, and NOTHING works. Please, what is the solution to this?

You may need to clear your Chrome DNS cache. Easy to do. Instructions here ...

It seems like OLS changed DNS servers and your Chrome browser probably still has the old one in it's cache.

DNS Problem with Chrome
I finally just reset Chrome and got back in. Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. I got nowhere with the DNS help instructions. Couldn't access "tools" for some reason. But, anyway I am back in business in Chrome (I hope!)

I tried clearing the history as suggested also rebooted computer and still getting DNS issues in chrome. Had to switch over to firefox ... too bad I got the forums to work after I entered sweeps all day going thru my browser history ... what a pain!!! Not sure what the problem with chrome is but glad I can switch to firefox with little problem.

DNS issues again with Chrome and Firefox
i got the error (timeout with Chrome, DNS expired with Firefox) again yesterday - how do we find out suggestions re: re-loading cache if we can't get access to OLS? i'm following on Twitter (the link to FB seems to be inoperative) but nobody has tweeted there for years
am i missing some backdoor to get answers to bypss the errors in trying to load OLS?

TIA!

My son who is an IT major in college told me to clear the cache. I did and I no longer get the DNS message.

I don't think there is a place to go anymore to find anything out. Maybe someone could start on on FB.
