i mean if they're working on this....why haven't either of them been online in the last two days? You would think they'd be working on this pretty hard, as much as they could? I'm just so confused by what's happening here.

See, this is what gets me so much here! There's a constant flow of people that are going to use this payment form to renew.......because they wont take the time to disable it
I wish there was a way for us to let everyone know to hold off on the paying right now until they fix it

I'm just plain sad for those that paid, but can't turn green. The hope from Nicole's post, then virtually nothing. I went back and looked at Nicole's post "We will begin the process of manually crediting or refund members their payments over this week. Please be patient and we truly apologize for this extremely inconvenient situation."

So beginning the process means one person turned green, and those that are trying to renew, because they don't look into the forums (and you shouldn't have to), are just adding to the backlog?????????

It's Friday now, and, well................even I thought something would have happened by now. If Nicole and Brent work full time, doing something entirely different than dealing with OLS, then one would have hoped that "begin the process of manually crediting or refunding" would have been done in the evenings.....or something.......anything (excepting one single person) would be happening.

I don't even know what to suggest, except maybe hope they're off on the weekend and maybe they'll spend a time now beginning the process? Honestly, it doesn't look like anything has begun, but SURELY it has?????
