Tonight we had had some spinach and cheese ravioli with a bit of marinara and parmesan cheese, and 1/2 an english muffin each turned into mini pizzas with a bit of the sauce, some mozzarella and a little pepperoni cut into quarters. Corn on the side and some cookies from Christmas for dessert.

Waiting on a loaf of wheat bread to finish rising now so I can bake it ... I guess I'll set a timer and take a nap after it is done so I can put it in our breadbox after it cools. I'm not sure I feel like staying up super late!

If it snows and I'm alone for dinner, it will be grilled chicken tenders and oven fries. If my best friend can make it over, it's homemade tomato macaroni soup and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Last night was a variation of this, but with lots of fresh parsley and some spinach:

No clue about tonight.
