Cheesecake Factory twice. Once at 4pm for their Vietnamese Tacos and a bite of plain cheesecake. The next was a takeout of their chicken and dumplings/biscuits that I split with my sister.

We have a beautiful sunny day here in Las Vegas and I'm going to grill tonight:

Greek Grilled Chicken Pitas

Seasoned Sweet Potato Fries

Fresh Fruit Platter (canteloupe, honeydew, watermelon, etc.)

For dessert: I found some wonderful blackberries at the grocery store yesterday, so I found a recipe for an Orange & Blackberry Tart that I'll be baking for the first time later this afternoon. Hope it turns out as delicious as it sounds!

Happy dining everyone!

There is a little local Italian restaurant that makes pizza's and sells them frozen in the stores in the area. We have bought the pizza's for years, I remember we used to buy them when we first married cause they were cheap. But, still buy them every once in awhile cause their good.

Tonight we stopped on the way home and bought one from the restaurant. Not sure what took us so long, it was a little out of the way but worth it.

Put my grandson down for a nap yesterday afternoon and promptly fell asleep right along with him. We slept for a couple of hours and by the time I woke up, I didn't feel like cooking dinner. So last night's dinner ended up being Pizza Hut and we'll be having this menu for our dinner this evening!

Sis was in the area yesterday right while we sat down for dinner, so we shared with her too.

Tonight: vegetarian black bean enchiladas with Spanish rice and coconut water. Flan for dessert.
