I'm roasting a huge chicken. Serving it with mashed potatoes, gravy, roasted carrots, and a salad.

I've been making cabbage rolls for years but never tried putting them in the crockpot until recently. They came out so well that I'll be making them that way from now on.

Same thing I had for lunch. Half a turkey and swiss sandwich on multi-grain bread, pickles, baby carrots and celery sticks, and a low sodium V8.

Those who forget the past force the rest of us to repeat it.

For the family I made Tangy Orange & Ginger Marinated Pork Loin w/Steamed Rice & Broccoli

For me I had an Italian Marinated Chicken Wrap with Roasted Red Pepper.

Dessert was Raspberry Crumb Cookies

Not sure yet, I have to go and cut and color hair today. If it doesn't take all day I'm going to make Adobo chicken with jasmine rice and vegetable stir fry.

Ice cold Tecante Beer with limes

For dessert: We'll be polishing off the remaining Boston Creme Pie from yesterday.
