Just had a huge salad- although I used so much blue cheese it is not nearly as healthy as it sounds.

Lots to do in the kitchen for tomorrow's dinner so I made something simple:

Chicken+Broccoli+Potato Wedges in Cheese sauce

Wheat Rolls

It wasn't bad. It's chicken sausage. The apple and chardonnay were very subtle. I'd like a bolder flavor. However, at 140 calories a link (I only ate one) and 12 minutes to cook, it's quick and easy for the nights you need quick and easy.

Salad with spring greens, leftover chicken from lunch, mango, cashews, and fresh chives topped with Asian sesame-ginger dressing. Yummm!

Let's see: at MIL's there was ham, mashed taters, green beans, rolls, carrots, gravy and pie.

Then 2 hours later over to Pops where there was ham, mashed taters, salad, cole slaw, turkey, a creamy corn thing, sweet taters, rolls and a few other things and pie.

I really don't want to look at food for the rest of the day.

Now someone pass me the chocolate

I'm going to make mini ranch burgers and oven fries. I bought some multi-colored fingerling potatoes and will just slice them in half for the fries.
