I can't tell you how sorry I am, everyone, especially KB, Nicole and the mods. I ask that you direct your disappointment and anger to me, it is fully my responsibility and I failed. Please don't take it out on anyone else, they are only trying to help. There are necessary limitations on what they have the ability to do to fix things.
For the next 24 hours or so, I must devote all my attention to an extremely urgent matter before me. As soon as I possibly can, I will fix the problems with the web site. But for right now, I have no choice in the matter.
