Question need travel agent help
Looking to book a flight from BOS to AMS and 9 days later return home from LHR to JFK.

I found a "reasonable" fare on British Airways. My outbound flights (change in Dublin) are AerLingus flights (code share) and homeward direct flight is BA.

If I am to enjoy any of my vacation (like being able to walk), I need to have an aisle seat. Reluctantly, I am willing to pay for that privilege. Fine.

Went to book my flights. I could select my seat for my BA run flight home, but not for my outbound flights.

Wording at BA site says seat selection free on BA flights 24 hrs before check-in. AerLingus is much more vague on what their policy is.

https://www.aerlingus.com/experience...-within-europe

https://www.britishairways.com/en-us...ving-your-seat

Booking through one, policy of the other? And exactly what is that policy???

Have you already booked? If you have, never mind. If not, check out Iceland Air. They have the airports you want, just don't know about the dates.

From now on when my husband goes to Denmark, he is going on Iceland Air.

No, I haven't booked yet. I considered Icelandair. I could fly them from JFK, but currently the fare is almost $200 more
