I'm marinating some chicken in lemon juice, garlic, and herbs. That will go under to the broiler. We're also having brown rice and a big salad of mixed greens, maybe another veggie of some sort.

White Pepper Cheese Dip

Gaucamole with chips

For dessert: They both have asked for a Double Chocolate MilkShake

Roasted carrots & apples

Smashed taters with skin on

Rye bread with grain mustard for hubs

Beer and hard cider

I wanted to make a hearty man meal for him. He's getting laid off and he could use some man food

Aww IB, I feel your pain. Hubster was told on Thanksgiving that Feb 1st would be his last day. But, HE is making me dinner tonight.

Kiddos had leftover chicken fingers, rice and some corn on the cob

Hubster is making me a fried bologna sandwich with sharp cheddar on toast. Uhmmmmm... Now all I need is some cheetos. hahaha!! Will settle for a tomato slices.
