We turned it off about 20 minutes into it - I was dissapointed. We have Mr. Woodcock right now, not sure when we'll be able to watch it.

3:10 to Yuma -- the husband's choice, and it was OK.

Last movie I watched of my own choosing was The Lives of Others, a German film about Stasi-era East Germany. Very good, especially if you like a good character arc and don't mind subtitles.

Went to see No Country for Old Men. I really liked it and am planning on reading the book now. Cormac MccArthy is an amazing, if not bleak writer.

Well, the movie is kind of clever. But as the movie goes on.. what you expect to happen, well, it happens. & the "tries to hard" part of it, is kinda a throw off. But maybe it was just me & my guys opinion. I say see it.

My roommate rented "Epic Movie" for us to watch.. I couldn't even watch the whole thing. I knew it would be bad, but I didn't expect BLOODY HORRIBLE. Absolutely the worst movie I have seen in my life.

Notes on a Scandal was awful. It was like someone smashed two of those horrible Lifetime movies together, The Mary Kay LeTourneau Story meets Generic Stalker Friend Flick, but with wonderful Brit actresses. It was an odd and unhappy combination.

I'll wait for DVD. It's actually better that way.If I pay theater prices,I'd like it to be excellent-- I am a cheapo & a bitchy armchair critic.

300. Definitely a great movie "for guys who like movies". Women who love 6-pack abs may also find this movie worth a watch. Lots o' blood and gore, though.
