I have completely fallen off the health wagon. I seem to live on Slim Jims, gingerale and whiskey. I swear I don't know what is wrong with me, I've reverted to how I ate in my 20's. I cook meals for the family, but don't eat them.

I think it's stress ( job related) The one thing I can control is what I eat, drink and smoke. I have to give myself a mental kick in the ass. I don't want my son seeing me exist on cans of soda, slim jims and cigarettes

  • Pink salmon
  • Haas avocado
  • 5 lettuce mix (green leaf lettuce, red leaf lettuce, butter lettuce, romaine lettuce, radicchio)
  • Healthy 8 veggie mix (red and green cabbages, carrots, broccoli, jicama, bell peppers, radishes and celery)
  • Champagne vinegarette
