I love sardines with yellow mustard, but hate the ones packaged with the mustard. Ole school southern grandfather made this for us all the time. In the country, you don't always eat big meals. And this was super cheap.
Sardines
Saltine Crackers
Yellow Mustard.

Yummers!!

To tell you the truth, it isn't my favorite food, but it is very nutritious and I got it on sale for only $0.79, so it is my healthy budget lunch.

I was out & about at lunchtime, so I stopped in a Wendy's and bought a cup of chili.

I never tried it before. It wasn't bad, but afterwards I had the tummy rumbles.

Do you work for a company that is anti-sardine?

I made a sandwich spread that is like a vegetarian chicken salad. It's made from garbanzo beans, mayo, celery and pickle relish. I put together several sandwiches on Pepperidge Farm very thin bread and we have them for several days. I also placed a slice of tomato on mine. I had potato chips and lemonade with my sandwich.

No, I work where we sit so close together that anything slightly smelly is frowned upon.

I think I will be having some sardines with mustard and saltines tomorrow as I am working from home.

-would love some grilled fresh sardines instead!-
