I am having a boar's head classic italian sub from Publix. I forgot to pack my lunch this morning so I had to run to the store and get something.

Home-cooked (not really home-made since sauce is store bought) General Tso's Chicken. Iron Chef General Tso's Chicken sauce, broccoli, onion, snow peas, battered chicken breast over rice. Mmmmmm.

I got a card in the mail about a new Chinese place that's on the way to ds's job, so we're going to stop and try it on his way to work.

Using leftover cooked chicken breasts for a chicken salad with mayo, pecans, and mandarin oranges. Served on a bed of lettuce.
