I'm sorry you don't like the song, scooter, but please don't yell. People are trying to sleep, you know.

Since you're awake, may we include you in our dreams?

Hi everyone. I didn't think I would be here until later. I was supposed to go to the Sanctuary today, but it's pouring rain and has been raining the last few days and everything is a soggy mess, so we cancelled.

I'm sorry about your insomnia, scooter. I hope it wasn't the picture of Alfy that caused your sleeplessness.

I'm sorry about your insomnia as well, Scooter. It stinks when you can't sleep.

I finally got to sleep around 3:00 this morning (yawn). Got up around 9:00 and took a nap on the couch for a couple hours. I think it's my medicine making me not sleep so good.

I hope that this is a temporary side effect that will lessen over time. Have you ever tried using warm milk to help you get to sleep? I have also read recently that having some walnuts before bedtime may also help.

I don't see how anyone can drink warm milk.

I can drink it if it has chocolate and cinnamon in it.

Wouldn't that be sort of like hot chocolate?

Of course! Lately I cannot have any dairy milk unless it has chocolate in it.

Everything should have chocolate in it!

Gotta go make supper. See you all later.

I've never tried warm milk--I did take my meds last night with cold milk though.
