I decided to go green again this morning. I was not aware of this problem till after I had done it. I am guessing this hasn't been fixed yet. And yes I have sent Nicole a message.
Does anyone know the wait time to get fixed?

I renewed on the 16th, I have had no response, not even an aknowledgement and a "we are working on it"message. With a paid subcription, there should be 24 hour service, and no one should be left hanging. From the messages, I have garnered that all Nicole has to do is manually turn it on once we PM her. Maybe they should hire a temp until this gets sorted out, so no one is left in the dark and frustrated.

A bit frustrated here too. I renewed on Sunday (16th) and still waiting for premium membership to be renewed. Hoping Nicole is working on it soon.

I guess it's my fault for not checking announcements and such, but given that this issue has been going a while and has no immediate end in sight.. maybe they should update the order page that says, "your OLS account will be automatically credited and you will be able to use your OLS Premium Membership Subscription immediately."

I paid with paypal on Sept 15 It did not update immediately so I Pm Nicole that night. On Sept 17.less then 48 hrs, Nicole had updated. She sent a PM that is was updated.
I included OLS username, OLS Membership number and Paypal receipt #. I made it as easy as possible for Nicole. Kudu to her.

I think you are going to have an issue.

The mailbox has been closed for awhile.
PayPal is the only way that payment is being accepted.

For some reason that info is still up there like it is current. They posted a thread to tell people that it's not current information instead of taking the information down.

Thanks for the insight - I missed that notice given that I'm not a regular visitor to the forums. But in my defense, the email reminder that renewal was coming up there was a link to an FAQ which states:
"Please allow 2 weeks from the date snailmail payments are mailed for your account to be credited. The most common cause for delay in processing snailmail payments is failure to include a username." It still looks like checks/mo are still viable forms of payment.

Oh, and I haven't heard from Nicole yet either.
