I just had the same problem. I purchased a three month membership with a credit card on PayPal and it wasn't credited. If Nicole is not available can someone else handle these issues? I notice that nobody's issue has been rectified.

I also paid for a subscription on Sunday and am still not green. I've pm'd Nicole and sent an email, and no response whatsoever. It's nice to know I'm not the only one,and kind of scary that I'm not the only one. This sucks. I should have checked the forums first.

Add me to the list. Just did a 3 month subscription because I didn't want to do a whole year right now after all the recent issues with the site being down and paid via credit card on Paypal as I always have and unlike other times (AND as the message on the page says that you will see your subscription moments after paying), it's not showing anything and I'm not green.

This is totally wrong. I am so sorry that you are all waiting to have your premium membership RE-INSTATED!!! You have all been members for years and should not have this happen.

My membership is up next week and I am extremely worried. Mostly due to the lack of customer service. The Mods are amazing... but the followup from the site owners is seriously lacking.

My issue seems to be that I paid through Paypal 6/30/18 but the subscription hasn't been processed. I messaged Nicole so I hope she is checking messages. I'm having withdrawal symptoms
