Have you updated to the latest version 3.5.1 ?

The real time protection turning off was a problem with the older versions.

....duknuk's chicks are here!

It shows I have 3.4.5. Do I just go to the website and download again or do I have to uninstall first? I have the premium.

As far as I know you do not have to remove the old version before you update. As a matter of fact that might cause problems. There should be a "Check for updates" tab just click on that!

yeah I fixed it without reinstalling by doing this
From the Dashboard, Under Scan Status, click on Current next to Updates. The software will attempt to update the database to the most current version. However, at this point, the Web Protection will not be turned on. Proceed to the next step.
Right click on the Malwarebytes taskbar icon and click on Quit Malwarebytes. Then restart Malwarebytes and the Real-Time Protection should now turn on when you click on the Off link.
