Roboform replacement
My computer crashed a few months ago and I was never able to get my data transferred. Calling Roboform gets you nowhere. I am currently getting by with Google Form filler. Does anyone use this or is there a better form filler? Thanks for any help!

I've always found that creating a "ticket" and following the subsequent instructions on their support site works just fine.

Form filler
I bought a lifetime subscription to Roboform several years ago and last week they reneged on the deal.

Just a few days ago my Roboform sub expired and I "lost" all my passcards and identity.

They said I had to buy another subscription.

It really pissed me off.

So...I switched to LASTPASS.

It's easy to set up and use.

Of course it's different but I'm getting used to it and I've had no problems.

My dog's name is Mr. Hot Shot. He likes to ride in the car and loves getting his ears scratched and belly rubbed.

Did they give you a refund? Got to their FB page and ask what the deal is. That should be against the law!

Didn't you save your email from when you purchased. That should be all you need your order# and you have to know your password and you should be able to download and activate Robo with no problem at all!

Here's what Roboform said
I submitted a ticket and was told the Lifetime subscription only applied to Version 7 and not for the Version 8 upgrade.

Since Roboform is crap now what to use instead?
They just had to screw this up didn't they? I can't stand using it now.

What alternative Firefox auto form filler do you suggest?

I use Chrome - their autofiller is decent. I did use Roboform for several years, but gave it up and haven't looked back.

I tried Dashlane and LastPass and just could not get used to them.

For me they just were not as efficient as Roboform.

It is too bad that Roboform and Firefox do not really work well together.

I use both Chrome and Opera auto-fill features and sometimes, LastPass. I never use RoboForm anymore and I used to love it. It is just useless to me now and has been for some time.
