Sorry about your snow, CatLover. Hope it will be your last for the season.

It's finally going to be warmer here today, but for some reason I feel so cold in the house. I can't stop having chills.

We are about melted down now, but I still can't get the snowblower back to the garden shed. The ground is so saturated that it will bog down and tear up the grass. The Buffhunk has been taking my car to work, because his car is blocked in. I have said that we need another shed up here in the corner of the driveway for our machines more than once, but that idea always meets with the usual resounding NO.

Supposed to be 96 today and 95 tomorrow. Already 94 today. Tied a record set in 2007.

Thankfully, by Tuesday it should be only 88. Wednesday has a chance to be in the high 70's.

The weather was pretty pleasant here today, except for the gusty winds.

We tried to take the snow blower back to the garden shed, but nope. One of the tires has gone flat. Could I just fill it with my handy dandy inflator? Nope. I'll have to take the wheel to a tire shop to be fixed tomorrow. What do I always say? Nothing is ever easy.

I just heard on the local news that the recent plunge in temperatures really did a number on South Carolina's peach crop, which is a 300 million dollar a year industry. They say that farmers probably lost 85 to 90 per cent of their crops.

That's too bad. Love me some peaches.

It was a nice day, but the wind made it so very cold.

It was a little too warm yesterday, in the 80's, and the flannel sheets on the bed were a bit much, but it's cooler today, so the flannel sheets will be welcome tonight.

I wish you could have some of our warm weather, droopy. It's started feeling uncomfortably warm in the house. That was one reason I had trouble sleeping last night. My neighbor has her a/c on, but I don't want to turn that on yet. We did get the fans down out of the attic a little while ago.

My husband said that we might have to turn on the a/c tomorrow if this warm weather continues. We've never had it on in March before. I don't even want to have to use it in April. It's just too early to have high electric bills and who knows if that old unit will even work this year.

We had a lot of rain during the night, along with thunder, lightning, and high winds.
