Actually yours is too big it is 200x137 so you are 37 pixels over.

Yes, it's too big. The name added makes your overall siggy over 100 pixels in height. Maybe you can put the name to the right side of the banner.

Is mine okay? I finally understand how to check the properties on the images, but I'm still confused on how to add in the count for the text & the link to my wins to make sure I'm still under the limit.
