payments not registering
I keep getting reminders that my subscription is expiring.
I paid the first one and accidentally paid the second one too.
And then I got a third notice and my account is not updating.
Never had a problem before. The credit card has been charged correctly - twice.
I have sent notes to Brent and Nicole, hoping for a reply.

It is awful.... all my dailys are gone.

MySweeps.... a mere shadow of its former self....

Black is a good color to be as I am in mourning. Kind of , but really

How about giving all those that have signed up and haven't received their green status, at least a one month prize code to enter into the premium sub.....so they can at least keep sweeping, while this is going on?
Than again....Brent and Nicole haven't been back online since the 10th.....

I always felt comfortable being a premium member that any sweeps that I entered were verified and deemed (safe). Just IMO kinda scary putting all my info out there on another site to get my sweep fix.

Question Not getting a response RE: my premium subscription
Are there any active ops that I can contact regarding my premium subscription? I paid my account by PayPal, got a response from PayPal but no credit on my account.

The page http://forums.online-sweepstakes.com/payments.php? says that if the payment does not show up on your account, you should contact Nicole but have not receive a response so I took the next step of sending an email to subscriptions@online-sweepstakes.com. This yielded no response from that account either.

I am now 1 week away from losing my premium membership, already paid my money and can't get a response. Anyone on here in here have admin credentials to help me fix this??

Sorry that you are in the same boat as many of us. It really sucks and I'm now getting very disgusted with this whole thing. I can be very patient and understanding if people keep me informed when there's a problem, but when they have only bothered to make one statement in 2 weeks time and days have passed without anyone else turning green I start to feel like no one really cares.

I know that more and more people are turning green, but it seems to be very slow.

I am going through withdrawal. I LOVE MySweeps. and really, really miss it.
