My 40th class reunion is this week and people are posting on FB that they went and toured the high school. I don't know why, but I think that would give me the creeps. I didnt hate high school, but I still don't think I'd want to go back in there.

Under contract for another house and it's so small. It was listed as 750 feet, but the actual living space is about 550. Thinking about having a moving sale and looking for tiny house ideas.

A lot smaller than we were hoping for, but ds liked the yard and I liked the location, so we decided to go for it.

Same question as plazamama plus a couple more. Do you need two private sleeping areas? Are there 2 ways to exit? I lived in about 350 sf for 6 years and really loved it.

Honey, Ain't Nothin' Ever Gonna Be Like It Was Before.

My adult son and myself, and there are 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms and the bathroom aren't bad, the living room is small and there's really no dining area, and finally the kitchen is about as small as it could possibly be and it has a stackable washer/dryer in it. (Galley style) There's a front and side exit.
This will be our new dining room set, the chairs slip in side of the leg area when not in use.

This is the only thing about the place that bothers me. The stackable and fridge are on the other side and that's the whole kitchen. I have had a kitchen that small before, but it didn't have a washer/dryer init.

Looks cute, but limited counter space. I have a galley kitchen and that is the one thing I hate. Plus I collect china, pyrex and vintage nick nacks - so there is never enough cupboard space.

Hope you get this house if you really want it.

Wow that's small. But if it's yours you can always add on!

I live in 750 with 2 of us. It is the bottom half of a 1900 (built in) house that was converted into upstairs and downstairs apartments, we rent out the upstairs apartment.
It suits me just fine.
The biggest issues for me are I wouldn't mind having more cabinet space in the kitchen.
And storage space.
But I think a lot of people wish they had more cabinet space and more storage space no matter what size the house.
Good luck, I hope you get it!
