Everything is signed fine. I just got off the phone with the listing agent though, and he has been notified by another realtor that they are sending an offer. I also just heard one of the realtors here talking to another realtor that he was on his way to show it, and his buyer was already wanting to write an offer - sight unseen. Yikes!

Do you want me to go ahead and send this offer, or do you want me to redo it with your maximum of $106,000? I don't want you to feel like I'm pressuring you, but I also don't want you to lose the house if we can help it. But, you tell me, what do you think?

Thanks,
P.
So sorry. Fingers crossed for you.

The deadline for our offer passed a couple of hours ago, a response would have been nice. The offer was above asking price, so not like it was a major insult.

Oh well, on to the next one.

It's official, lost out to a cash offer for $10,000 over asking price.

The stars will line up and you will find and get the house that you are meant to be in.

You are from Canada so I don't know how things work there but isn't there someone you could call and report the problems to? Anonymously of course.

Like here if there are safety issues in the construction field we report it to OSHA and they will usual come out and do and inspection and shut the job-site down till infractions are taken care of.

Restaurants it's a simple call to the health department and so on.

You shouldn't have to work under those conditions!

Passed a restaurant, last year in Georgia, called Stoner's Pizza Joint. I thought I was back in California

Going for a second showing tomorrow of a house that's been on the market for a month and trying to figure out why it has no offers. The reason we didn't offer the first time was because you had to go through the second of two bedrooms to get to the bathroom. That bothered us, but I didn't think it would bother everyone.
