YW. I don't know when I can expect homemade cookies again since I now live alone and making a batch for one just seems like too much trouble (besides I already weigh too much).

I haven't made cookies in a while. If I bake, it's more apt to be a cake or pie. I don't really need those extra calories either, but I wouldn't turn down a homemade cookie or two.

Have you ever made the bakeless oatmeal cookies? They are so good it is impossible to eat just one.

Yes, I've been making that recipe, actually one with a difference, all of my life. My version has peanut butter. You add it at the end with the oatmeal, after you take the pan off of the heat. And I only boil my mixture for 1 minute. Very tasty!

Today is Name Your Car Day. I don't believe that we have ever named any of our cars.

I'm tempted to name my vehicle "Chevy Corvette" just so I can brag that I have one, and it doesn't cost anything.

Good. Seems to me to be getting too cool around here for butterflies and hummingbirds but, whatever, enjoy them if you see any today.

I have on my navy blue t-shirt, with a white sailboat.

We still have hummingbirds and butterflies here. Our temps are in the 80's. Besides having a hummingbird feeder, I try to have a wide variety of flowers for them and for the butterflies to enjoy.

I worked on a jigsaw puzzle today that had a few butterflies in it, guess that'll have to do. Oh, and I also had a blue shirt.

Do you enjoy it plain, or mixed in a cocktail?
